Lions pick up Gibbs' 5th-year option, not Jack Campbell's, AP source says
The Detroit Lions picked up the fifth season of running back Jahmyr Gibbs' contract and declined linebacker Jack Campbell's fifth-year option, according to a person familiar with the moves.
