MUSKEGON, Mich. — It's never easy being in the same district as Muskegon when playoffs roll around but that's the unfortunate hand that the Cedar Springs football program has been dealt for the past two years.

Prior to districts, the Big Reds beat the Red Hawks in regionals back in 2018.

On Saturday, at Hackley Stadium, the Big Reds used two Myles Walton touchdowns to beat Cedar Springs, 34-12. The Big Reds will play for a ninth consecutive district championship next week against Marquette.
