HUDSONVILLE, Mich. — Despite a stellar 19-point opening half from Rockford sophomore Alyssa Wypych, Rockford would trail Hudsonville, 33-28 at the half.

In the third quarter, Rockford would go on a bit of a run, cutting the deficit to 37-36 at the end of three.
However, in the fourth quarter, Hudsonville dominated led by Alaina Diaz, Jaci Tubergen and Maddie Petroelje down the stretch.
Tubergen would score a game-high 17 points while Petroelje added 11 and Diaz had 10.
The Eagles finished the game on a 20-6 run to pull away with the 57-42 win, improving to 7-0 in conference play and 8-1 on the season as the Rams fall to 5-2 in the OK Red and 6-3 overall.
