FOX 17 Morning News talked to Carol Hendershot, co-founder of the Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness. She is a certified mindfulness-based stress reduction instructor.
The Grand Rapids Center for Mindfulness offers online resources and classes to help manage stress. They have three online workshops coming up on the following topics: Mindful Eating, Mindfulness, and Self-Compassion for Beginners.
Classes will take place from 9:30 to 12:30 on April 18, May 31, and June 13 respectively.
Registration costs $55 and includes 28 days of follow up emails with inspiration, quotes, and guided meditations for support.
