Here are five things people are buzzing about on this Friday.

.) FOX 17 has teamed up with Versiti Blood Center of Michigan for a special blood drive. Today, from 11:30am to 7pm, head to Federik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park to donate. Those who donate will receive a general admission ticket to the gardens along with a buy one, get one coupon for select Grand Rapids Griffins Games, while supplies last. To make an appointment, go to Versiti's website.

.) A specialty store selling everything President Donald Trump related has opened in Plainfield Twp. The "MAGA" shop owner was inspired by the president's re-election campaign and by a similar store on the east side. You can find it near 5 Mile Rd.

.) A critically endangered black rhino calf was born Christmas Eve at Potter Park Zoo in Lansing. It's the first time in the zoo's 100 year history! The calf appears healthy, doesn't have a name and will be on public display in spring of 2020.

.) A big congratulations to gymnast Simone Biles. She has been named AP Female Athlete of the Year. This is the second time that she has won the award.

.) While a lot of babies are still learning to walk, a one-year-old named Maeve in Park City, Utah, is shredding the slopes. She's getting a lot of attention on her tiny snowboard.
