Attention Foodies!
Fork Fest is back, and this year it’s hitting the streets. The beloved celebration of local food, drink, and community has reimagined itself as a block party!
Happening tomorrow, September 12 from 4-7 at City Built Brewing, Fork Fest invites attendees to sample dishes from some of the region’s most creative restaurants and food artisans. This year’s vendor lineup includes El Granjero, Furniture City Creamery, Olly’s Donuts, Sunroom Suppers, All In Hospitality, Bowermans on 8th, Field & Fire, Madcap Coffee, Citysen Lounge at CityFlatsHotel, Juju Catering, Fika, Rise, and Daddy’s Dough. Guests can also browse a mini makers market featuring Wormies Vermicompost, Grady’s Garden, and Sweet Milk Goods.
The event kicks off at 4 p.m. with a presentation from People First Economy, followed by two Forkshops highlighting food equity. Wormies Vermicompost will share tips on composting and waste, while Grady’s Garden will focus on cultivating better food habits for kids. At 6:30 p.m., Paul Lee will lead a food industry acknowledgement before the festivities wrap at 7 p.m.
Parking is available off Monroe Street, Ottawa Street, Ionia Mason Parking, with Mason and Bond Streets closed to make way for vendors.
Fork Fest is more than just an event — it’s a chance to celebrate the diverse flavors of West Michigan while supporting the entrepreneurs who make the region unique. Tickets are available now at Eventbrite.
