GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The need for blood donations doesn't slow down during the holiday season, that's why Michigan Blood is giving you a little extra incentive.
Beginning today and continuing through Tuesday, Nov. 29, Michigan Blood will be giving out $10 Target and Amazon gift cards to those who donate.
The organization will also be collecting school supplies for Giving Tuesday.
You can donate blood up to six times a year.
Michigan Blood is located at 1036 Fuller Ave. NE in Grand Rapids.
Hours for the giveaway are from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, and from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. both Monday and Tuesday.
