LOWELL, Mich - Get your little ghouls and goblins ready, there's a Halloween Carnival happening in Lowell today, they'll want to be a part of.
The second-annual event is happening in Lowell at the Red Barn Market from 1:00PM - 4:00PM.
There will be plenty of games, contests, food, and activities for the kids and the whole family,
The event is free, but you can buy tickets for games at $1 per ticket or $10 for 12 tickets.
