GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.-Brian from Snap Fitness joined Fox 17 news Midday on Friday talking about functional fitness. Brian explained how functional fitness trains our bodies to perform everyday activities safely and effectively. It helps us to not only better take care of emergencies if they should occur, but also how to avoid them, like building up strength to prevent falls.
