GRANDVILLE, Mich. — Two people were hurt in a crash that closed the westbound lanes of 28th Street in Grandville during the Monday morning commute.
The crash took place around 6 a.m. on 28th Street at Woodbine Avenue. The westbound lanes of 28th Street were closed by police at Ivanrest Avenue. Only one eastbound lane was open while the crash was attended to by authorities.
One car occupant had to be extricated from one of the crash vehicles.
There was no early word on the severity of injuries.
As of 7:25 a.m., the crash vehicles were still blocking lanes.
