A twist on traditional corned beef and cabbage

CANNONSBURG, Mich - March is almost upon us, which also means St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner.

If you're not the biggest fan of the traditional corned beef and cabbage, Executive Chef Michael Alexander of the Honey Creek Inn has a twist on the dish.

At the Honey Creek Inn, they're offering up different Irish dishes all month-long, but he's showing  the FOX 17 Morning Show crew how salmon and roasted vegetables can take the place of corned beef and plain cabbage.
