LOWELL, Mich. (June 26, 2014) — Emergency units were called to the 13000 Block of Grindle in Lowell on a call that a two-year-old had fallen 15 feet out of a window.
The calls went out from dispatchers around 10:45 a.m.
There were no early reports on the condition of the child.
