GREENVILLE, SC — A series of tires that could have “partial or full sidewall perforations” have been recalled by the maker, Michelin.
The recall, voluntary so far, affect some sizes of the company’s LTX M/S 2, X Radial LT2, and Latitude Tour tires. They are commonly used on trucks and SUVs.
The Detroit News reported the tires are used on some Ford trucks and that 1.3 million tires were in the recall.
