Number 5

Don’t use “K” when you respond to someone.

It just gives off the impression that you really didn’t care about what the other person had to say… And try to stay away from “KK” too.

Number 4

Don’t send too many texts in a row.

This is especially important if you’ve just started dating someone… You don’t want to overload them.

Number 3

Keep the texts short.

That’s the whole point of texting, to send people quick messages.

If you have a lot to say, call the person instead.

Number 2

When you text someone a question, say “thank you” when they answer you.

You would thank them in a face to face conversation, wouldn’t you?

Number 1

Stop overusing “lol”.

Here’s a good rule to stick to: Only use “lol” if you actually laughed out loud.
