GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum will close if the federal government shuts down.
The museum is an ArtPrize venue, and some entries are inside the building.
The museum is run by the National Archives, and if a budget deal is not reached in Washington, the museum cannot open. The Ford Presidential Library in Ann Arbor says it will cease operations at midnight Monday night if there is a government shutdown.
