IONIA COUNTY, Mich.- According to the Ionia County Prosecutor, charges in the fatal accident on Jessup Road in Ionia County have been dropped.
The accident happened on July 21 when Kelsey Megliola, 17, was walking along the road and was hit by Kelsey Pung , 19.
Family members of Megliola tell us the charges were dropped because of Pung’s blood alcohol content level being under the legal limit.
