MARSHALL, Mich. — A man crawled into a pipe to protest the efforts of Enbridge, Inc., to build a pipeline through an area near the site of an oil spill two years ago.
Calhoun County authorities were trying to get the man to come out, but so far he has refused.
The incident unfolded on Division Drive and M-227, also known as Old US-27.
