UNION CITY, Mich. — A house fire forced several people to escape on Monday morning.
According to Michigan State Police, the home near Mendon Road and Division St in Union City was fully engulfed by the time Troopers arrived on scene.
Everyone inside was able to get out before crews arrived. Four fire departments worked to put out the fire.
The cause remains under investigation, but State Police say foul play is not suspected.
