CASS COUNTY — Police say one person was injured after a three car crash in Cass County on Wednesday evening.
It happened around 5:20 p.m. at the intersection Pokagon Hwy. and Wilbur Hill Rd. in Pokagon Township.
According to the Cass County Sheriff's Office, a 22-year-old man from Dowagiac failed to stop and struck another vehicle waiting for another car to make a turn at the intersection. The impact of the crash sent the third vehicle into some trees.
A 25-year-old Cassopolis woman was injured and taken to the hospital to be treated.
Police say they don't believe drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
