WHITE CLOUD, Mich. — When HGTV put out the call for small towns across America to be made over as part of a new show, people in White Cloud started talking.
“When the contest got announced, in the middle of January, it immediately went locally viral,” Chadwick Walenga said.
Posts from the White Cloud Community Network Facebook started pouring in.
That's when Chadwick Walenga got together with the admins of the group and other people in town to make a video for their entry. Now, it's up to producers with HGTV to decide.
Nearby Hesperia also entered their town to win the makeover. You can find their video here.
“You get nervous when you put something out there. You know everyone’s got their fingers crossed. Everybody’s hoping,” Walenga said.
