LANSING, Mich. — Court hearings are expected to resume two months following the alleged terrorist plot to kidnap Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and incite a civil war.
William Null and Michael Null had their bond hearings on Wednesday, according to the Michigan Department of Attorney General, adding that their bonds were reduced to $250,000 each. Both defendants are said to make bond later today, upon which their custody will be released, according to state officials.
Peter Musico is slated to appear at 12th District Court for a probable cause conference this Friday at 1 p.m.
Joseph Morrison and Paul Bellar are scheduled for a probable cause conference in Jackson County on Dec. 18 at 2:30 p.m.
Bellar, Musico and Shawn Fix have made bond and have been released, according to the Attorney General’s office. The other defendants are still in custody.
Brian Higgins is scheduled for an extradition hearing on Dec. 15 in Wisconsin. He is expected to be arraigned after returning to Michigan at Antrim County 86th District Court for a charge relating to material support of an act of terrorism.
Eight men in the alleged terror plot have been charged by the Attorney General's office, officials say.
