SOUTH HAVEN, Mich. — South Haven Area Emergency Services rescued six ducklings Wednesday.

The ducklings fell into a fence post hole behind Nichols Hotel.

Responders used tweezers to pull all six to safety. They say 5 of them were not hurt.

Witnesses say the mother duck was waiting nearby.

SHAES said they're becoming quite good at animal rescues, adding that they rescued a dear caught in a man hole last week.
