ROBINSON TWP., Mich. — A one-vehicle crash in Grand Haven Saturday night left two men injured, with the driver seriously injured.
Just after 8 p.m., the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a one-car personal injury accident on North Cedar Drive near 108th Avenue in Robinson Township.
A 55-year-old Grand Haven man was driving a 2011 Mercedes Benz SUV east bound on North Cedar Drive when it failed to negotiate a turn.
The vehicle left the roadway, overturned and struck a tree.
The passenger of the vehicle a 47 year old resident of Texas was transported to Hackley Hospital by North Ottawa Ambulance with serious injuries. The driver of the vehicle was transported to Hackley Hospital by Life Ambulance with non-life threatening injuries.
Alcohol does appear to be a factor in this accident. The crash remains under investigation by the Sheriff's office
