GEORGETOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Authorities are looking for a 28-year-old Holland man in connection to a shooting in Georgetown Township.

There is a warrant out for the arrest of D'Von Anthony White on three felony counts, including charges of:

  • Assault with Intent to Commit Murder
  • Home Invasion
  • Possessing a Firearm while committing a felony

At 11:05 p.m. on Friday, October 23, deputies arrived at Brookmeadow North Apartments to a report that a person had been shot.

Upon investigation, they found that White showed up to the apartment of his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend. White got into an argument with the new boyfriend, 27, and ex-girlfriend, which lead to the Holland resident shooting the boyfriend in the stomach.

White then left before deputies arrived to the location.

The 27-year-old victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries while his girlfriend remained uninjured.

White is still at large, as the Ottawa County Sheriff's Office released the photo above in hopes the public can help officers locate the man.
