TEXAS, Mich. — One person is in custody after running form deputies when they tried to pull it over for a hit-and-run, Thursday.
Deputies say it happened just before 6:30 p.m. on U.S. 31 near Lake Michigan Drive.
The driver drove into a ditch near Lakeshore Drive and ran from police.
When the chase ended, deputies realized the car was stolen arrested them on multiple charges.
