One person hurt in pin-in crash

GEORGETOWN TOWNSHIP, Mich. — The Ottawa County Sheriff's office says one person was hurt in a pin-in crash, Thursday.

It happened just before 6:15 on 48th Avenue at Barry Street in Georgetown Township.

Deputies say a 24-year-old stopped at a stop sign on 48th Avenue before pulling out in front of a pick-up truck.

He was taken to the hospital but is expected to be ok.

The driver of the pick-up truck was not hurt.

The crash is still under investigation.
