MUSKEGON HEIGHTS, Mich. — Police are searching for a suspect in a hit-and-run that killed 48-year-old Yvette Hurt.
Police say Anthony Spann left drove off after the crash last Wednesday.
The Muskegon County Prosecutor’s Office is charging the 30-year-old with failure to stop at scene of accident resulting in serious impairment or death, a 5-year felony along with operation with a suspended license, a 93-day misdemeanor.
Police are urging Spann to turn himself in, but ask anyone with information on where he is to call 911 or Muskegon County Silent Observer at 231-722-7463.
