KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A man who ran from a traffic stop near a shots fired investigation, is under arrest after police say he had a loaded weapon.
Officers were handling a case of shots fired on the 1300 block of Fox Ridge Drive when they pulled over a vehicle nearby. The front seat passenger instantly ran from the scene and into a building.
During his run, the suspect dropped a loaded magazine. Officers also found a gun inside the building, which officers say the suspect dropped.
The 21-year-old man was arrested on multiple felony charges, and is being held pending an arraignment.
