KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Emergency crews responded to Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo Tuesday morning for a situation inside the building.
According to a hospital spokesperson, a small fire started on the first floor in the behavioral health unit.
The Kalamazoo Township Fire Department responded and put out the fire quickly.
The hospital says no patients were harmed, and no patient care was impacted by the fire.
