KALAMAZOO, Mich. — A crash killed one person on a motorcycle and injured another Saturday.
The motorcycle collided with a car near Michigan Avenue and Rose Street just before 1:30 p.m.
Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety found passersby trying to help the two victims when they arrived.
Both were taken to a local hospital in serious condition, the driver later died of their injuries. The condition of the passenger is unknown.
The people in the car were not injured and alcohol does not appear to be a factor in the crash.
