UPDATE: Timothy Cahill has been located, according to the Kentwood Police Department today. The police did not say where he was found or how he's doing.
KENTWOOD, Mich. — Police are searching for a missing man who they say has the mental capacity of a 13-year-old.
Timothy Cahill was last seen near the intersection of 60th Street and South Division Avenue on July 5 around 7 p.m.
The 40-year-old stands at about 5-foot 8-inches, and weights 105 pounds. He was wearing a yellow and black t-shirt, brown shorts, and a yellow baseball cap.
