Update: Wesley Tate was found safe Friday night around 8:00 p.m.
Police say a 65-year-old man who left his adult foster care home could be in danger.
Wesley Tate was last seen during the afternoon on Thursday, August 6, leaving the home in Kentwood.
Tate stands 6 feet tall, and weighs around 300 pounds. He was wearing a brown long-sleeved shirt and tan khaki pants.
Police say he suffers from dementia and diabetes. Tate is likely on foot; he does not have access to a car, nor knows how to use public transportation.
