GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Grand Rapids is one of the 15 most difficult places in the country to find a home, according to a report.
Realtor.com says the city only has 9.1 listings per 1,000 households with a median price of nearly $300,000.
The hardest place to buy a house is in the San Jose area, where the median house goes for over $1 million and has four listings per 1,000 households.
