GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — An accident involving a semi-truck going eastbound on I-196 near Lane Avenue left no injuries.
The Grand Rapids Fire Department arrived on the scene a little after 3:30 p.m. today on an extrication assignment to find no one trapped or injured in the semi.
The semi is leaking a large amount of diesel fuel, as the department will continue to work to clean up all the lost fuel.
Drivers should expect traffic delays in the area until further notice.
