Each one of the shirts costs $35, and when you buy one, $5 of the funds will go to the Greater Grand Rapids Chamber Foundation so that they can create more grants to help fund Grand Rapids business.

The grants specifically help small businesses in Grand Rapids that have 5 to 25 employees, and are suffering due to COVID-19.

So far the chamber has created 50 grants for businesses, and they're hoping to create many more with the money from these t-shirts.

Omar Cuevas, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the Grand Rapids Chambers shares; "I hope to see many individuals here in Grand Rapids with their shirt on, and it's almost going to be a sign of solidarity, during a time where man we need hope."

Cuevas continues; "We've heard from some of our grant recipients who say, 'When I received the news that I was awarded this grant, it gave me hope that there's something better coming tomorrow.' I think that's the epitome of Grand Rapids, we are a fantastic community that rallies around a need."

So far, through donations alone, the GR Chamber has been able to raise over $1.3 million for these grants, their goal is to reach $3 million.
