As adults, we even struggle with this whole Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, so you can only imagine how confusing it is for kids of all ages. How do we possibly explain it to them? Well, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has put together on online kit called Communicating With Children During the COVID-19 Outbreak.

In this kit you will find documents, guidelines and resources aimed at promoting healthy and comfortable discussions. The overall goal is to relieve anxiety and stress, allowing for kids to feel comforted as well as continuing their education.

So, whether you have a toddler or a high schooler, I highly recommend clicking on the link. It even has some fabulous links and suggestions for ways to stay busy while at home.
