MONTCALM COUNTY, Mich. — Brian Johnson, 27, has been sentenced to 45 days in prison for plowing into the back of an immobile vehicle, killing a woman and her infant niece, says Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker.
The incident occurred on M-46 back in January. 18-year-old Samantha Baker and nine-month-old Annalee Baker were both killed in the crash. Johnson claims to not have seen Baker’s brake lights, police say.
