If you don't have a love-of-your-life to give you the "warm and fuzzies," perhaps some special drinks will do the trick instead?

Nate Blury from the Original Tin Cup joined Fox 17 Morning Mix to share some great mixed drink recipes.

Love Potion Number Nine

love-potion-9-collage1.jpg

  • Combine 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 1.5oz strawberry vodka
  • 1 oz Chambord

Place 1 small piece of dry ice (use tongs or another tool to do this) in the bottom of each glass. Pour the martini into the glass (directly over the dry ice). Garnish the glasses with the little strawberry hearts! Now just sit back and enjoy the show! This really makes a statement and is so fun to watch. Be sure to wait a good 5-10 minutes before consuming the drink. The dry ice needs to dissolve completely.

Chocolate Martini

  • 2 tbsp. chocolate syrup, plus more for drizzling
  • 4 oz. Baileys
  • 4 oz. chocolate liqueur
  • 4 oz. Smirnoff vodka Shaken and poured into 2 martini glasses.
  • Shaved Chocolate Garnish (optional)

  • ½ c. vodka
  • ¼ c. raspberry liqueur
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries
  • 1 c. raspberries

Combine rose, seltzer, pomegranate juice, vodka, and raspberry liqueur in a large pitcher and stir. Add strawberries and raspberries, then refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour. Stir before serving.
