Karin's Horse Connection at Legacy Stables is known for being a non-profit offering Competitive and Recreational Vaulting, Adaptive Vaulting, and many other Therapeutic Programs for children. Now, they're offering the same therapy programs and fun activities for the adults at their Horse Camp For Grown-Ups on Saturday.
Parents (or horse-loving adults) will have the opportunity to come backstage and experience our horses and ponies themselves! Attendees will learn about how much horses cost, how horses think, how to ride a horse, horse maintenance, and so much more. Anyone 16 or older can sign up.
Horse Camp For Grown-Ups will take place on Saturday, August 22. There will be two sessions, the first from 1-4 p.m. and the second 4:30-7:30 p.m.
The camp costs $50, with all proceeds going towards scholarship funds for Legacy Stable's therapeutic riding programs.
