The pandemic and stay at home orders, along with other factors, have changed many people's dynamics at work. The home dynamic has changed too, especially for fathers who have seen their involvement in care taking for their children either increasing or being more noticed by others, or both.
Healthy Kent Dads Count is hosting a Virtual Fatherhood Summit to support dads who are struggling to find balance in their new lifestyle.
Sessions will include discussions on topics such as:
- Men's Health
- Resiliency of Returning Citizens
- Success Basics for Child Development
- Unconscious Bias Friend of the Court
- Michigan Action Plan for Father Involvement
The summit will take place from July 28-30 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. each day.
Registration costs $10 per person.
