Let's face it, even though you decided to be "healthier", stepping away from a stress-relieving cocktail is something most of us won't do. Believe it or not, there is such a thing as "healthier drinks!"

Nate Blury from The Original Tin Cup stopped by to show viewers that "little something extra" that can be added to your drinks to make them "healthier."

Blury says simple changes like making your own Seltzer, cutting out syrups and sodas, and infusing spirits with fresh fruits and herbs instead of sugary juices are just a few ways to make healthier changes to your drinks. He even showed Leigh Ann and Todd a couple cocktail recipes to help get you started:

Gin and Tonic w/ a Twist

Blueberry Fizz

In addition to being healthier in the new year, consider making healthier choices for the planet by using our reusable drinking straws. The MI AWESOME Ed donates a portion of the proceeds to the alliance for the great lakes.
