GRAND RAPIDS — West Michigan rain chances continues to diminish Sunday morning as we start off with some cloud cover. Everyone will work towards full sunshine by the afternoon as we build in high pressure and work into a drier air mass. Temperatures will be cooler and more comfortable as we keep our humidity levels at bay.
We will have a bit of a breeze around today mostly out of the north and north west. The lakeshore will be impacted the most having a high and moderate beach hazard in place for some with waves building from 3-5 feet at times. Stay safe along the lakeshore and stay out of the water and off the piers when Lake Michigan gets strong like this.
We will settle into a very dry and comfortable pattern at the start of the week with a bit cooler temperatures for a few days. The summer heat will quickly be back though building into the mid and upper 80s by the end of the week. Enjoy!
