MECOSTA COUNTY, Mich. — Deputies says a man was injured after losing control of his snowmobile and crashing into a tree.
This happened just before 6 PM last night on the White Pine Trail, just north of 8 Mile Road in Mecosta County.
Darius Johnson, the 28-year-old driver from Grand Rapids, was thrown from the snowmobile.
He was wearing his helmet.
Investigators say he is expected to be okay.
