Owner of American Char, Chef Len Towne has made it so you can bring great barbecue to your holiday party or family gathering.
There are two options: a half brisket or a full brisket. A half feeds 10-15 people and is priced at $75, and a full is $125 and feeds 20-30.
You can order by calling American Char at (616) 688-7400. Your order needs to be in and picked up by Thursday, December 21st.
