EAST GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The East Grand Rapids girls lacrosse team beat Spring Lake, 20-3, Wednesday at home in a regional semifinal game.
The Pioneers will host Grand Rapids Catholic Central in a regional final Friday night at 7 p.m.
