GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – A Kentwood city commissioner accused of a making a malicious phone call has been arraigned.
We’re told commissioner Steven Redmond plead not guilty on December 12 by mail.
Redmond is expected back in court next month for his pre-trial conference.
The charges come after the Kent County Sheriff’s department found surveillance video of Redmond making threats against someone on the phone who opposed his ideas on a development project.
