GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – Nearly 2,400 gymnasts spent the weekend in West Michigan for the annual ‘Gymnastics on the Grand’ event at DeVos Place.
The competition features gymnasts, coaches and spectators of all ages and experience. But for many of the athletes, it`s their first meet of the year and an important one.
About 59 different club gyms from all over the region took part in the premier invitational event including people from Illinois, Ohio and even Canada.
U.S. Olympians Jake Dalton and Carly Patterson were also on hand meeting with kids.
