GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Voters lined up in the morning chill in the parking lot of Lagrave Avenue Christian Reformed Church in downtown Grand Rapids, a scene replicated at polling locations around West Michigan.
The best time to avoid lines was said to be 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
