GRAPEVINE, Texas — The first College Football Rankings were released on Tuesday, Michigan was ranked 3rd and Western Michigan was 23rd.
Alabama (1st), Clemson (2nd), Texas A&M (4th) and Washington (5th) round out the top 5.
Ohio State was sixth.
The committee will release new rankings every Tuesday leading up the to the College Football Playoff selection on Sunday December 4th.
