BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — A Battle Creek Police Department officer became suspicious when he spotted a vehicle behind a store. After he looked into it, he arrested two people who are now charged with stealing construction supplies from the store.
The incident took place around 11 p.m. Tuesday behind the Family Farm & Home store at 1675 W. Michigan Avenue.
The officer caught the pair in the process of stealing the supplies, plus the officer found one suspect in possession of marijuana. Both accused thieves are now in jail.
